R4E PROJECT MEETING- ISTANBUL- OUTCOMES

Last 24th and 25th may, 2016 took place the 4th official R4E Project meeting in Istanbul. Once again, the meeting was structured acoording to the planned workshops, in this occasion we had the opportunity to share each others the desired future scenarios of all cities in the focus areas of the project (Smart buildings, Smart mobility and Smart urban spaces) and agreeg what are the main specific topics and strategies that are common for all. The chosen topics will define and characterized the roadmaps to be done onwards.

During the sessions, we had the opportunity to pool ideas and insights about what actions must be implemented in every focus area.

The Municipaliy of Istanbul arranged some really interesting study tours in order to share with the rest of the partners remarkable facilities and projects related to smart mobility among those we can stand out the followings:

Finally, on behalf of the rest of the project partners we must express our warmest thanks to the Istanbul team, Esma, Seyma, Ali and Ugur, for their huge effort to have made everything goes smoothly and their kindness and hospitality.
